2. Product Specifications & Manufacturing
- Materials: We manufacture dashboard trims using genuine, original exotic wooden veneers.
- Finish: Each piece is coated with a high-gloss, UV-resistant polyurethane finish for durability and aesthetic depth.
- Installation: Trims are equipped with professional-grade 3M adhesive backing tape for secure application.
- Note: As wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain and color pattern may occur between the product images and the delivered item.
3. Orders and Payments
We accept orders worldwide. Prices are displayed in [Currency] and include VAT where applicable.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We process payments securely via PayPal and Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards).
- Security: We do not store your financial information. All transactions are handled by our encrypted payment processors in compliance with PCI DSS v4.0 standards.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We provide worldwide shipping for all our products:
- European Union: Shipped primarily via DPD with full tracking.
- Rest of the World: Shipped via First Class Trackable Post.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via the email address registered on your PrestaShop account.
- Customs/Duties: Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Return Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and the 3M adhesive backing must not have been peeled or tampered with.
- Restocking Fee: Please note that for all returned items that are not defective, we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of quality inspection and repackaging.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Product Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different wood types or car models.
- The 20% fee may be waived at our discretion for direct exchanges of equal or higher value, provided the original item is returned in "as-new" condition.
- Please contact our support team before sending any items back to receive an Exchange Authorization.
7. Warranty
We provide a standard legal warranty on our products covering manufacturing defects or delamination of the polyurethane coating under normal use conditions. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or physical abuse.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR. We use your information solely to process orders and improve your shopping experience.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bratislava, Slovakia.
